Unorthodox Therapy Inc. Joins Philadelphia250 Women’s Committee to Celebrate the Nation’s 250th Anniversary

Philadelphia, PA — Unorthodox Therapy Inc. (UTInc.) is honored to announce its participation as an Organization-Level member of the Philadelphia250 Women’s Committee, a powerful collective of 250 civic-minded women uniting to commemorate the Nation’s 250th anniversary in 2026.

This historic initiative is more than a milestone; it is a movement to highlight women’s histories, champion women-led enterprises, and shape Philadelphia’s future with purpose and unity. The Women’s Committee directly supports projects that uplift women in Philadelphia, from amplifying social impact initiatives to preserving the often-overlooked stories of women who helped shape the city we call home.

For UTInc., this partnership is deeply aligned with our mission: bridging women, healing, and community. By standing alongside Belmont Mansion and the larger Philadelphia250 expansion, we are embracing the opportunity to both celebrate and expand the space women occupy in history, culture, and civic life.

The Women’s Committee is guided by the philosophy of “By the People, For All People”, a reflection of Philadelphia250’s larger mission to create a people-driven movement that is inclusive, impactful, and revolutionary in spirit. With a focus on revolutionary actions, pursuit of happiness, people’s histories, and shared prosperity, the Committee is more than symbolic; it is a force for lasting change.

“Being part of the Philadelphia250 Women’s Committee is a privilege, but it is also a responsibility,” said Mony (Mo) Chan-McCarty, founder of UTInc. “Together, we are creating a living legacy that ensures women’s voices, women’s businesses, and women’s stories stand boldly in the fabric of Philadelphia’s 250th celebration.”

UTInc. looks forward to actively contributing to this extraordinary moment in history and celebrating alongside our sisters in leadership, advocacy, and vision.
