Unorthodox Therapy Partners with Councilwoman Quetzy Lozada to Celebrate Three Kings Day in Philadelphia’s 7th District

Philadelphia, PA — Unorthodox Therapy Inc. (UTInc.) proudly partnered with Councilwoman Quetzy Lozada to celebrate Three Kings Day in Philadelphia’s 7th Council District, honoring cultural tradition, community connection, and collective care while directly supporting UTInc.’s mission to serve women and families through mental health advocacy.

Three Kings Day, also known as Día de los Reyes, is a deeply meaningful cultural celebration in many Latino communities. It represents generosity, faith, and the importance of caring for one another. This year’s celebration brought together families, community leaders, and local organizations for a joyful day rooted in tradition and unity.

For UTInc., the partnership reflected the organization’s commitment to meeting communities where they are and honoring cultural moments that foster belonging. Councilwoman Lozada’s continued support of community centered nonprofits made it possible for UTInc. to expand its reach and share its mission with families across the district.

“Being part of Three Kings Day in the 7th District was an honor,” shared Monychann (Mo) McCarty, founder of Unorthodox Therapy Inc. “This celebration represents generosity, family, and hope. Partnering with Councilwoman Lozada allowed us to uplift culture while also supporting the mental health and well being of women and families in the community.”

The event created space for connection, joy, and shared celebration while reinforcing the importance of community based support systems. Through partnerships like this, UTInc. continues to strengthen its presence in neighborhoods across Philadelphia and expand access to mental health resources in culturally meaningful ways.

Unorthodox Therapy remains committed to collaborating with local leaders and organizations that prioritize community wellness, cultural respect, and sustainable impact. Support from the 7th District continues to play an important role in advancing UTInc.’s work and reaching those who may otherwise feel disconnected from mental health support.
